• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for returns lost in transit.
• Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a refund to your original payment method (excluding original shipping costs).

2. How should I care for my apparel to ensure longevity?
To maintain the quality and longevity of your garment:
• Machine wash cold, inside-out, with like colors.
• Use a gentle cycle with mild detergent.
• Tumble dry low or hang-dry for best results.
• Do not bleach.
• Do not iron directly on the design.
3. Do you accept returns or exchanges?
As each item is made to order, we typically do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please review our detailed return policy in the shop policies section for more information.
4. How long will it take to receive my order?
Processing times vary, but most orders are prepared within 3–5 business days. Shipping times depend on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number to monitor its progress.
5. Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship within the United States. We’re exploring options to expand our shipping destinations in the future.
6. Can I customize a design or request a custom order?
At this time, we do not offer custom designs or personalized orders. However, we’re always open to feedback and suggestions for future designs. Feel free to reach out with your ideas!
7. What should I do if my order arrives damaged or incorrect?
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and packaging. We’ll work promptly to resolve the issue.
8. Do you offer gift wrapping or include invoices with pricing?
We do not offer gift wrapping services at this time. Our packing slips do not include pricing, making them suitable for gifting.
